My Favorite Way to Focus

One of my favorite tools for helping me get stuff done with ADHD is body doubling.
Body doubling usually means working in silence near someone who's also doing their own, often completely-unrelated thing. It's strange how focus-boosting it is to just have another person around, even if you're not interacting in any way.
Of course, you can't always have someone physically next to you, so some of the tools I use to do this online are:
1. Focus Blocks
2. Focusmate
3. Caveday
And I'm sure there are tons of others out there, too. I'm not affiliated with any of the above, but have given them some testimonials because they're so great!
If you struggle to work in silence and need to train that muscle, doing some body doubling could be a great way to go.
